I had a very good experience dealing with salesperson Steve Edwards @ Coggins Bennington when purchasing a 2025 Honda HR-V. Steve was very courteous, not pushy, low keyed, and listened to what I wanted and made the experience dealing with purchasing a new vehicle a pleasant one. I can honestly say I was impressed at how Steve handled the sale from start to finish and told him he was a credit to the Coggins organization. A pleasant, easy going guy!

Once again, I returned to Coggins to lease a new 2025 HRV and the work of the "team", Devin Briggs and Jeff Cameron, made all the difference to me since I was turning in a 2022 HRV that was not financed by Honda Financial and had presented many challenging issues for the Coggins "team". They handled all these issues and got me into a new HRV within the same day. Kudos to Devin and Jeff! Great teamwork and I am thrilled with my new HRV. Thank you both! .

Steve Edwards was our sales person. He was very informative without applying any pressure to buy. He took time on his usual day off to complete our purchase and answered questions about the many car features. We have been quite pleased with the car’s operation and the availability of any needed follow up. I’d recommend Coggins and Steve to our friends.

My salesman, Stephen Edwards, was terrific. He was not pushy at all. For example, I had wanted a car at the Dealership but when I inquired about it he had said it was sold a few days ago. The reason I like it it being white. He did say they had a red one available with all similarities except being. I told him no and he did not try to high pressure me in getting a red car. He said he will call me when they get a different color available. We said goodbye and hung up the phones. However, during the day I thought about it and looked at all the red cars and thought to myself I do indeed like red and called him immediately and asked if it was still available and thankfully it was. This is how the whole situation went. He insisted I take a test drive, though I said I did not need to as I was familiar with the model, but I did and it was what I expected. He was very thorough in going over all the controls of the car and spent time explaining about the radio and even hooking my phone up to it. The paperwork went well. I would definitely go back to him when I am in the market for another vehicle.
